These conditions apply exclusively to private consumers, not to traders or resellers.
Both parties agree that their contractual relationship shall be governed solely by these conditions, to the exclusion of any others previously available.

Returns may be made up to 15 days after purchase, provided that:
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product is returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and without signs of use
Only the product value will be refunded; shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
