The Cocoa Butter naturally extracted from the Arriba cacao from Ecuador still preserves the elegance and sweet aroma of its noble cocoa. When we made the white chocolate with this cocoa butter, it showed a creamy texture with charming aromas, which inspired us for the perfect match with coffee.

This Brazilian coffee was specially selected and roasted for this recipe by our friend Diogo Amorim. For a final touch, we still add a pinch of Ceylon Cinnamon, which provides an exotic and refreshing flavor. Enjoy the combination of this triplet that develops a harmony, gradually revealing the different sensations, in aroma, texture and flavor.

BIANCHINO was born inspired by our dog, a dalmatian with brown spots, with whom shares the name, so lovely and special as this chocolate.
